Good morning everyone!<\/p>\n
It’s business as usual today although I’m sure the office will be quieter than normal since many are taking the last of their vacation days. I expect to get a lot done today and tomorrow, taking that quietness to my best advantage.<\/p>\n
Today I’m wearing the lovely necklace that Janet gave me for Christmas. It’s a black onyx square set in a sterling silver beaded frame and the chain is a silver beaded chain. It will be one of those pieces that I can wear with almost anything.<\/p>\n
When I got in the office this morning I found a box on my desk from Canada. I had signed up to review a book on SQL 2005 some time ago and had forgotten about it. The book is here, and I only have 90 days to read and write my review of it for PASS (Professional Association for SQL Server). I’m hoping that if I do a good job on the review, they will choose me to write reviews for other books (which gets me free books \ud83d\ude42 ). This one is a big thick bugger, so it’s likely to take me most of the 90 days to read it. Of course additional benefit from reading the book will be having more information about the database I’m supposed to be administering at hand.<\/p>\n
That’s my morning so far. Guess I should actually get on with work \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n
