OK – I know I don’t usually blog on Saturday, but….<\/p>\n

Ken’s been asking me what I want for Christmas and threatening to go out and buy something really big and gaudy and make me wear it. Well, I don’t know anything really material that I want for Christmas, so whatever he gets, I’ll just have to wear it with pride that my husband won’t take “no” for an answer.<\/p>\n

What I do want for Christmas\u00c2\u00a0are the following (and before you start reading, I already know I don’t have a chance in hell of getting any of them).<\/p>\n

1. Peace on Earth\u00c2\u00a0along with\u00c2\u00a0understanding and tolerance among men<\/p>\n

2. Risk taking taught to children beginning\u00c2\u00a0as early as\u00c2\u00a0day care.<\/p>\n

3. Everyone to take responsibility for the decisions they make in their everyday lives.<\/p>\n

4. Seniors and others living on subsitence (or less)\u00c2\u00a0to have their basic needs for food, shelter and health care met.<\/p>\n

5. Illegal immigrants to go\u00c2\u00a0back to their countries of origin\u00c2\u00a0and apply to enter the US legally.<\/p>\n

6. Peace on Earth along with understanding and tolerance among men. ( I know I listed that one already, but it bears repeating)<\/p>\n

To one and all, Merry Christmas!<\/p>\n
